About Us

I have worked for Home Instead Senior Care for eight years as the Staff Coordinator in both the Albany and Schenectady offices. I handled on call for both offices and other franchises. I like to work closely with the CAREGivers, Client Care Coordinator and Clinical staff to ensure a good match is made between the clients and caregivers.

What I like most about my job is talking with CAREGivers and clients. It brings me great joy to know that I have made the right match and the clients and caregivers are happy with the service the Home Instead Team provides.

I have seen the need for an on call service in the home care field. I have had requests to do this service from several offices which brought me to my decision to open an on-call company geared towards home care. I will also work with any type of company who needs an on call system.

I have the support of my husband, Steven and my adult twin girls. I love horses and enjoy time trail riding with friends.

I have been with Always On Call Corp since March, 2020. I enjoy talking with the Caregivers, clients, and their families. Helping with their daily needs is rewarding which makes me happy to be a part of the On Call Team.

My family currently lives in Clifton Heights, Pennsylvania. My husband Joe and I have an 11-year-old daughter, Julia who keeps us on our toes. My dad who is 85 lives with us and like I tell everyone he is my favorite roommate; he keeps us laughing.

Edna is an Operations Manager for Home Instead Senior Care and joined the Always on Call team July 2020 as a part time On Call Specialist. Raised as a “Military Brat”, Edna is known to be a firm leader with a compassionate heart.
